9. Troubleshooting
By purchasing this heat gun, you have acquired a product design to the state of the art and operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
The following contains description for the removal of possible interference.
Always observe all safety information in these operating instructions.
If your tool will not operate, check the power at the mains plug.
If your tool is in electric leakage, pull the mains plug at once, and check whether the cable is damaged or whether
the tool is exposed to rain or wet conditions while working.
If your tool has noise or abnormal shaking when operating, inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are
properly tightened. Should any of the screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Should any of the screws be
lost, change new ones in the hardware shop.
10. Care and cleaning
Always disconnect the device before performing any adjustment or maintenance operation. If the supply
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
a) Cleaning
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastic parts are susceptible to damage from
various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product. To remove stubborn dirt, moisten the cloth slightly with lukewarm
water.
Disconnecttheproductfromthepowersupplybeforecleaningandletitcooldownsufciently.
Use a soft, dry brush to clean the ventilation openings.
Take care not to expose this tool to the rain.
11. Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. At the end of
its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
