8. Operation
a) Checking before switching on
Risk of injury! The product must only be put into operation if
no defects are found. It is crucial that any defective parts are
replaced before the product is used again.
Check the safe condition of the product:
- Check that the air inlet openings (B) are not blocked.
- Checkallpartstomakesurethattheyttightly.
- Check whether there are any visible defects: broken parts, cracks, etc.
b) Switching on/off
Riskofproductdamage!Alwaysmaintainaminimumdistanceof
25 mm between the nozzle (A) and the surface to be treated.
Riskofproductdamage!Neverusetheproductwiththeairinlet
openings pointing downwards. Dirty air can be sucked in.
Riskofinjury!Usethestand(D)forrestingthedevice.Don’tput
thedevicedownonanyinammablesurface.
Push the On/Off switch (C) to position I or II. With the On/Off switch
(C), you can select between different blower level and temperature
combinations. (Fig. 2)
As soon as the work is completed, press the On/Off switch (C) to position
0, pull out the mains plug and put the product on its stand (D) to let it cool
down. (Fig. 3)
