6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance
o Check the mains connection cable for damage from time to time. Never operate the
device when the cable is damaged. A damaged cable must immediately be replaced
by customer service or a qualified electrician to avoid dangers.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your stockist or our customer
service centre.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should
carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the
device yourself.
7. Possible faults

The device does not
start.
The power plug is not put. Put the power plug.

The chocolate drips and
flows irregularly.
Too thick consistency of
the chocolate.
Thin the chocolate down by
adding alimentary oil.

irregularly and does not
create the „fountain
effect“.

There are continuous
breaks in the outflow of
the chocolate.
The leftovers of dipped
products have fallen into

Remove the leftovers of the
products. As a rule, they are
in the lower bowl near the
sucking slit of the tower.
After adding a new
portion of chocolate or
other ingredients its
outflow is stopped.
The ingredients are too
cold.
Wait till the ingredients heat
up. Never add cold
ingredients.
