Cleaning
• Remove the thermo jug lid for washing by turning it counter-clockwise. Wash the
lid in warm water with a gentle cleaning substance.
• Wash the inside of the thermo jug after each use with warm water and a gentle
cleaning substance.
• Hard water can leave white mineral deposits inside the thermo jug. Coffee will stain
these deposits and make them brown. To remove such deposits, we recommend
using commercially available cleaning substances.
• Rinse the thermo jug several times with clean water.
• Wipe the exterior of the thermo jug with a soft, moist cloth.
• Never use sharp cleaning tools that may scratch the thermo jug.
• Never use abrasive cleaning substances.
• Use only soft cloths and never use sharp cleaning tools that may damage the
stainless steel thermo jug surface.
• After washing the thermo jug, leave it open as long as necessary for it to dry prior to
further use.
