BARTEC Integration Manual 2. Assembly bottom housing 2.1 RFID/RuBee external Brick 1) Drill 7 holes (1,0mm) and 4 holes (5,5mm) with the fixture in the lower housing. Press 4 inserts into the big holes. 2) Lead the 7 wires (each with different colour) through the drillings. (LiY 0.08mm², diso > 0.2mm) 3) Fill the RFID upper housing with Sikaflex as shown in the picture. 4) Insert the pin with the hand strap into the recess. Fix the pin with UV glue.
BARTEC Integration Manual 6) Seal the screw heads and the wire openings with Sikaflex. 7) Seal accomplished wires and inserts with Sikaflex. 2.2 RFID/RuBee external Gun 1) Drill 7 holes (1,0mm ) and 4 holes (5,5mm) with the fixture in the lower housing. Press 4 inserts into the big holes. 2) Lead the 7 wires (each with different colour) through the drillings. BARTEC Integration Manual 4) Fix the RFID lower housing with 4 screws and 4 washers with the top housing of the mobile computer. 5) Seal the screw heads and the wire openings with Sikaflex. 6) Seal accomplished wires and inserts with Sikaflex. 3. Installation RuBee Reader external (Brick/Gun) 1) Cut the antenna pins of the housing. 2) Insert RuBee Reader with Antenna into upper housing. Solder the wires from antenna to reader.
Integration Manual BARTEC 3) Solder appropriate wires on RuBee Reader as shown in the picture and fix them with UV glue. 4) Position the reader on the according 4 pins and glue with UV glue. 5) Apply Sikaflex in the sealing area of the housing. 6) Put the RFID/RuBee lower housing on the upper housing and press them together. 7) Fill the resin into the RFID/RuBee housing (without empty space) and apply the opening of the lower housing with Sikaflex.
