Enable Envelope Journaling on Mail Storage
From the Microsoft website, navigate to the tool, and complete the following to enable envelopeE-Mail Journaling Advanced Configuration

At a command prompt, navigate to the file directory, and run the following command: Exejcfg.exe -e
Once Envelope Journaling is enabled, in the console, locate the for your domain, right-click Exchange System Manager Mailbox Store
, and click .Mailbox Store Properties
On the tab, select , and click following theGeneral Archive all messages sent or received by mailboxes on this store Browse
Barracuda Journal field to locate and select the Journaling Account Mailbox User created in the previous step:
In the field, enter the , and click . Click .Enter the object name to select User name Check Names OK
Click , and click to close the dialog and save your changes.Apply OK
Verify the Service is Started
Use the following steps to configure IMAP to accept plain text authentication.
Log in to the Exchange Server as the Exchange Server Administrator.
Go to .Programs > Administrative Tools > Services
Verify the selected service status is set to :Started
Microsoft Exchange IMAP
Microsoft Exchange POP3
To change the status, right-click on the service, and click .Start
