5b. In the new journal rule page, enter the following details:
Enter a name for the journal rule
From the list, select If the message is sent or received from Apply to all messages
From the list, select Journal the following messages All messages
In the field, enter the email address of the contact created in ( ):Send Journal Reports Step 4 bma.int
5c. Click . If the warning message displays, click :save Do you want this rule to apply to all future messages yes
