BASIC-->Administration page.

Shutting Down the System
The System Reset/Shutdown section on the BASIC-->Administration page lets you shutdown, reset,
and reload the Barracuda Spam Firewall.
Warning: Shutting down, resetting, or reloading the system can cause interruptions in email delivery.
The following table describes each of these options.
Field Description
Web Interface HTTP
Port
The port used to access the administration interface from your web browser
(default is HTTP port 80). To change this value:
1. Enter a new port number in the field.
2. Click Restart Interface.
You are automatically logged out of the administration interface.
3. In your Web browser, change the port used to access the administration
interface.
Session Expiration
Length
The length of time users can be logged into the administration interface
before being automatically logged off (default is 60 minutes). To change
this value:
1. Enter the number of minutes a session can remain active.
2. Click Save Changes.
Button Description
Shutdown Shuts down and powers off the system.
Reset Reboots the system.
Reload Re-applies the system configuration should the recent
changes not take effect.
