yourNOOKiscoveredbythisLimitedWarranty,B&Nwill,withinareasonable
periodoftime,atB&N’soptionandinitssolediscretion,andatnoadditional
charge,dooneofthefollowing:
replaceyourNOOKwithaneworrefurbishedmodel;or
refundthepurchasepriceyoupaidforyourNOOK.
IfB&NreplacesyourNOOK,B&Nwillbearthecostofsendingareplacement
NOOKtoyou,freightprepaid.
