Using parental controls, you can control whether or not a specific child
profile can:
Browse the NOOK Shop
Purchase from NOOK Shop only when using your NOOK account
password
Shop only for kids’ content in the NOOK Shop
View Sideloaded Files in NOOK Library
NOTE: Sideloaded files are any EPUB files or PDFs you transfer to
your NOOK from your personal computer, using the USB-C cable
included with your NOOK.

Switching Between Profiles
1. On the main Settings page, tap Profile. The Profile settings screen
lists all the profiles available on your NOOK.
2. Tap the round button by the name of the profile you want to select.
NOTE: If a child profile is switching to an adult profile and that
adult profile has been configured with a passcode, you will be
prompted to enter the main profile passcode.
3. If you are prompted, enter the main profile passcode.
Managing Content for a Profile Sharing Content
The same content can be shared by multiple profiles. Each profile will need
to download the content independently to access it.
