1. Connect your NOOK to your computer with the USB-C cable
2. Open Adobe Digital Editions
3. Drag and Drop eBook files onto the NOOK icon (Your NOOK
GlowLight 4 will be recognized by ADE)
4. Select the NOOK icon under Devices and click on “Authorize” to
authorize device with ADE account. NOOK can also be authorized
by manually entering the Adobe ID under Settings–>My Account–
>Adobe DRM Settings.
5. Open Library on your NOOK and find Newly Added eBook files.
(Files can be located by filtering by “My Files.”)
Opening Library eBooks on your NOOK
You must sign in with your Adobe ID credentials on your NOOK to open
library eBooks.
1. Tap the upper right corner of the Status bar to open Quick Settings
2. Go to All Settings and open My Account
3. Tap Adobe DRM Setting and Add Adobe ID
4. Enter your Adobe ID and password
Backing Up Your Files
After you transfer documents to your NOOK, keep back-up copies on your
personal computer. Barnes & Noble cannot be responsible for any loss of
data transferred to your NOOK.
