The B utton is now ready for use.
5.2 Pre-install of the Client software
Client pre-install
You can pre-install the ClickShare software on your laptop or on company level. How this is done depen ds on your IT infrastructure.
When the software is pre-installed, a launcher application runs in the background. When you plug the B utton in your laptop, the
ClickShare application will be run from the Button automatically. There is no need to run the file from the B utton.
The pre-installer c an be downloaded from the B arco website or from the Button mass s torage drive in the folder Launcher s ervice.

5.3.1 Accessing the ClickShare Web Interface
Getting access to the Web Interface
There are three ways to access the ClickShare Web Interface:
•ViatheLAN
• Via a crosse d cab le
• Via the Base U n it wireless network
To access the Web Interface via the LAN
1. Open a browser.
Note: Supported browsers are Internet E xplorer, Firefox, G oogle Chrome and Safari.
2. Browse to the IP addres s you can find in the top left corner of the ClickShare welcome screen.
Note: The IP addres s is only visible when the B ase Unit is connected to the LAN.
A login screen appears.
