4. Installing ClickShare

4.3 Wall mounted

Wall mounted

You can use the m ounting brackets included in the ClickShare box to mount the Base Unit to t he wall.

The total weight of the Base U nit — including the mounting brackets — is 2 ,9 kg.

Necessary tools

• a drill ( type of drill depend s on the type of wall)

• Torx T10 screwdriver

• Additional screwdriver that matches the m ounting screws

Necessary parts

• 2 m ounting screws

• 2 plugs

• Mounting brackets (included in the ClickShar e box)

To install the Base Unit to the wall

1. D rill two holes in the wall, at a distance of 173 mm (6.81 inch) from eac h other.

2. Tighten 2 screws in the holes using the plugs.

Note: Mounting screws are not included in the ClickShare box at purchase. The type of screws neede d depends on the type

of wall (stone, wood, plasterboard, ...) you are mounting the Base Unit to.

3. Install the B ase Unit on the brackets making use of the mechanical ﬁxture points at the bottom of the Base Unit.

Note: For this purpose yo u can use the pre-mounted Pan Head T10 M3 screws (refer to image 4-2). Remov e them from the

Base Unit and reuse them to ﬁxate the brackets to the Base Unit.
