Auto Preference
Selecting this command displays a dialog where the source to be displayed can be selected. This source will al-
ways have highest priority and be displayed whenever possible. In case the signal fails, the system automatically
switches to the other source. As soon as the originally selected source is live again, the system switches back to
it! Only in case neither source 1 nor source 2 are present, the background as selected in Operation | Background
(color bar, blue, black) will be displayed.

Auto Switch
Selecting this command displays a dialog where the source to be displayed can be selected. As long as this
source is present, it also has priority. As soon the selected source is no longer available, the system switches to
the other source and also assigns priority to this source: Even if the originally displayed source will be present
again, it will not be switched to unless the other source fails.
