Limited Warranty

All BarcaLounger Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is
only valid to the original Home Depot purchaser from the date of purchase. If your BarcaLounger furniture fails
structurally during normal use within the relave warranty me frames, BarcaLounger, at its opon, will replace the
damaged/defecve item/parts at no charge. If the model is no longer available, or cannot be repaired effecvely,
BarcaLounger reserves the right to subs
tute items of our choice similar in style and quality. In no event shall
BarcaLounger’s responsibility exceed the value of the original purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable to third party purchases and/or close out retailers. The warranty is limited to the
original retailer shown on the packaging.
Frame Warranty: Aluminum frames are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of
five (5) years.
Finish Warranty: The finish is warranted for a period of two (
2) years against blistering, peeling, or cracking provided the
finish has not been scratched or abraded. This warranty can be voided if care instrucons are not followed correctly.

Cushion & Pillow Warranty: Cushions and pillows are warranted for a period of two (2) year against separaon of the
seams and are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at me of purchase out of the box. This
warranty does not cover damage due to the elements. Cushions must be stored prop
erly to maintain integrity. (See

Resin Wicker Warranty: Resin wicker is warranted against fading, cracking, and spling for a period of two (2) years.
This warranty can be voided if care instrucons are not followed correctly. (See care sheet for best pracces)
Mechanisms: All BarcaLounger mechanisms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for a
period of three (3) years. Rust due to exposure to the elements is excluded to this warranty. (See care sheet
for best
pracces)
Warranty Exclusions: This BarcaLounger warranty excludes the following: Acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire, freeze);
damage caused by improper assembly, poor care, accident, natural disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and commercial
use; dis-coloraon or fading of the finish and/or fabrics as a result of exposure to the elements; scratches and chips due
to normal wear and tear; furniture sold as a display, on clearance, “as is” or marked down due to missing/damaged
items and freight damage; Important: This warr
anty only applies to furniture used in a residenal seng. Use of the
furniture in any commercial applicaon will void the warranty.
Furniture Weight Limits: Individual dining chair – 300 lbs., individual swivel rocker dining chair – 250 lbs., individual
lounge chair, swivel lounge chair, recliner – 300 lbs.
How to File Warranty Claim: To obtain warranty replacement parts, please contact BarcaLounger brand (Pacific Casual)
toll-free at 888-445-6690 between the hours of 7:30 am – 4:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday, or e-mail
us at
Customerservice@pacificcasual.com . All warranty requests must be submied with a dated proof of purchase from
the original retailer within the relevant warranty me frame. Credit card statements are not accepted as a valid proof of
purchase. The manufacturer Pacific Casual reserves the right, for quality control and verificaon purposes to request
photographs of all damaged/defecve items requesng to be replaced.
