Globe Valve Assemblies
The VA, VF, and VS-7000 series Linked Globe Valve Assemblies are complete
actuator/valve assemblies that accept two-position, floating or proportional control,
respectively, from a DDC system or from a thermostat, for control of hot water, chilled
water and steam coils. These valve assemblies consist of linked spring return and
non-spring return actuators mounted on ½”…2” (15 mm… 50 mm) 2-Way and 3-Way
globe valve bodies, using a specially designed linkage assembly. 3-Way assemblies
are available for mixing (½"…2") and Diverting (½"…2") applications.
Typical applications include reheat on VAV boxes, fan coil units, hot and chilled water
coils in air handling units, unit ventilators, and central system applications.
Kits are available separately to allow field assembly of SmartX actuators to valve
bodies.
