Polenta with Italian-Style
Pasta Sauce
This vegetarian entrée takes only 5 minutes of hands-on work when
prepared polenta is topped with home-canned pasta sauce.
1. LAY ER sliced pre-cooked polenta in a greased baking dish.
2. POUR 2 cups (1 pint jar) Italian-Style Pasta Sauce (page 92) over
polenta and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
3. BAKE at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and cheese
is melted.
Makes 4 servings
