Champagne Jelly Dessert Shots
A perfect dessert when you want just a little something sweet. Use mix
and match shot glasses for a fun effect.
1. LAYER good quality vanilla bean ice cream with Champagne
Blush Jelly (page 36) in 6 shot glasses or other small glasses,
repeating layers at least twice.
2. FREEZE until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh raspberries
right before serving.
Makes 6 servings
Make this summer pick-me-up in minutes with homemade jam
and frozen melon.
1. FREEZE 2 cups cubed watermelon on a rimmed baking sheet.
2. PLACE frozen watermelon in blender with 1/3 cup Blackberry
Lime Jam (page 42) and 1 cup club soda or sparkling water.
3. BLEND until almost smooth.
4. SERVE in tall glasses over ice, top with additional club soda
and garnish with lime.
