processor because a process has timed out.
ROM Fault 23 ROM checksum error.

New Base ID 26 26 Control board detected a change in the Power
Base ID value in software.
EXB Selection 27 27 Expansion board not installed to support the
Level 1 Input Block, Command Select
parameter.
Power module 28 Power module failure.
