Slide the 5 ‘S’ clamps into

the corresponding slot in the

supplied Revolver rail.

IMPORTANT: READ FIRST

FOAM SEAL INSTALL TO

HEADER RAIL ENDS

1. Remove factory cab header rail

2. Use T-30 Torx driver to remove

5 fasteners securing header rail to

front bulkhead below cab rear window

3. Peel backing paper off of foam seal

and adhere to header rail endcaps

4. Reposition factory cab header rail

on truck bed

5. Install and and torque all mounting

bolts to 7.5Nm (66.5 lbs-in)

TOOLS NEEDED:

T-30 Torx driver, 3/8” drive

short extension, ratchet

Remove the factory installed accessory

track system, set aside for reinstallation.

Install the bulkhead

seal to the top of the

bulkhead at the edge

of the bed opening.

Use the 3/4” seal.

Align the ‘S’ clamps

to match the spacing of the

original factory track system

mounting holes.

4- ‘S’ clamps for a 5 foot bed,

5- ‘S’ clamps for a 6 foot bed.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSTALL SHEET Toyota Tacoma 2016 + 5 Mount the supplied Revolver rail into the original factory mounting holes using the supplied long Torx screws through the middle slot of the ‘S’ clamps. 5A Align the rail with the front/cab bulkhead, per Step 5A, tighten the screws. Position the rail with the silver, slotted bracket all the forward, towards the cab, the front of the vehicle.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSTALL SHEET Nissan Titan Utili-Track System Channel Adjustment IMPORTANT: READ FIRST 1 Remove the factory channels from the bed sides, 2 rails on each side with 5 bolts each, T-30 Torx head bolts. 2 Rotate the channels 180 degrees as shown, remount the rails using the same holes and hardware. NOTE: the center bolt on each rail is not used. Adjusted for tonneau install position Part#318A0067 Rev. 3.8.

SUPPLEMENT TO TONNEAU INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 2017 Honda Ridgeline Tools Required: T50 Torx driver 7/16” Wrench Remove the 4 upper tie-down hooks. Keep the 8 Torx bolts, but do not reuse the tie-down hooks. Front, upper tie-down hooks. Both sides. Rear, upper tie-down hooks. Both Sides. Align the parts for assembly as shown. Tail Bracket Mount Right, 27002012 Honda Ridgeline Accessory Rail Right 15003102 (Notch is at the tailgate end) Screws, 1/4-20 x 3/4LG S.H.C.

Slide two of the accessory bracket mounts into each rail. Align with the rail interior prole as shown. Slide one accessory bracket mount to the front, leaving the other at the tailgate end of the rail. (Notch is at the tailgate end) With the accessory bracket mounts slid into the rails, assemble the brackets as shown. Loosely tighten the screws.

5 6 Place the 2nd clamp near the center of the rail. See steps 4 and 5 to ensure the clamp goes on correctly. (8’ beds-evenly space 2 clamps between ends). Apply downward pressure to the rail when tightening the clamp to ensure the rail sets flush and seals properly. A second set of hands may help. 7 10 ft/lbs 8 Place the rear clamp as close to the tailgate as possible, should be less than 12”. Check all clamps are square and tight with approx 10 ft/lbs of torque.

Install mounting hardware loosely underneath the slotted bracket on the rail. Start with the rubber washer, then the large flat washer, then finally add the nylon lock nuts. Leave the nuts loose for now. 10 11 It is necessary to check the roll top fits correctly between the rails. Roll the cover from front to back and back to front to verify it rolls freely on the rails. 13 12 VINYL Verify approximately 1/8” gap remains on both sides of the cover and it rolls freely in the opening.

17 16 Check to see that the latches at the tailgate fully engage and make proper contact with side rails. Mount the strap clamp assembly as far forward on the rail as possible and tighten. Repeat on opposite side. 18 IMPORTANT Roll the cover open and place the D shaped bumpers to the aluminum underside where they will prevent contact if the cover is rolled all the way open. The straps will hold the cover off the cab and glass when secured.

IMPORTANT Safe operation and use IMPORTANT NOTICE While driving, cover must be completely flat and secure with BOTH rear latches engaged and in the closed position OR completely rolled up and secured at the cab with the provided straps. DO NOT DRIVE with cover partially opened. Tonneau Cover Positions While Operating Vehicle Prior to vehicle operation, tonneau cover MUST be properly secured. CLOSED POSITION (FIG 1) Cover must be closed and FULLY LATCHED ON BOTH SIDES of the tonneau side rails.

Please refer to the guide on the back page for specific rail requirements. See illustrations and refer to the guide on the back page to confirm corresponding application and rail style. Tech Tip Installing the Revolver X2 rails square to the truck bed rail is the key to a successful installation.

RAM BOX SUPPLEMENTAL INSTALL SHEET Install of Revolver X2 Rail to Ram Box Accessory Rail IMPORTANT: READ FIRST 1 Install the 3/4” bulkhead seal to the top of the bulkhead at the edge of the bed opening. 2 Remove the factory accessory rail end cap, and any accessory cleats. Steps 2 through 6 are required and repeated on both sides. 3 The tonneau rail profile is designed to tightly fit the profile of the factory accessory rail. Part# 318A0064 Rev. 3.1.

RAM BOX SUPPLEMENTAL INSTALL SHEET Install of Revolver X2 Rail to Ram Box Accessory Rail IMPORTANT: READ FIRST Cab/ bulkhead 4 Cab/ bulkhead Make sure the tonneau rail is all the way forward, so that the slotted bracket is touching the bulkhead. 5 Slide the strap and buckle into the factory accessory rail. The strap and buckle mounting block slides into the factory accessory rail lower half. 6 Replace any removed factory accessory cleats. Slide the strap assembly forward towards the cab.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSTALL SHEET Toyota Tundra w/ Track System IMPORTANT: START HERE Install the bulkhead seal to the top of the bulkhead at the edge of the bed opening. 1 If the truck does NOT have a drop-in bed liner, use 3/4” seal. If the truck does have a drop in bed liner, use 1/4” seal. 33 Slide the 5 ‘S’ clamps into the corresponding slot in the supplied Revolver rail. 4 Align the ‘S’ clamps to match the spacing of the original factory track system mounting holes.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSTALL SHEET Toyota Tundra w/ Track System 6 Remount the factory track system using the original hardware into the threaded holes at the bottom of the ‘S’ clamps. 7 Remove the end cap from the factory accessory track system. Then slide the buckle strap bracket into the rail. Replace the end cap. Mount the strap clamp as far forward on the rail as possible and tighten. Repeat on opposite side.
