LIMITEDLIABILITY
TheliabilityoftheDistributorunderthisEmissionControlSystemWarranty
islimitedsolelyto the remedyingof defectsinmaterialworkmanshipby an
authorizeddealerat itsplaceofbusinessduringcustomarybusinesshours.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverinconvenienceor lossof useofthevehicleor
transportationofthevehicleto/fromtheauthorizeddealer.The Distributoris
notliabletoanypersonfor incidental,consequentialor specialdamagesof
anydescription,whetherarisingoutof expressor impliedwarrantyorany
othercontract,negligenceorothertortorotherwise.
Noexpressemissioncontrolsystemwarrantyisgivenby the Distributor
exceptasspecificallysetforth herein.Anyemissioncontrolsystemwar-
rantyimpliedby law,includinganywarrantyof merchantabilityorfitness for a
particularpurposeislimitedtotheexpressemissioncontrolsystemwar-
rantytermsstatedin thiswarranty.Theforegoing statementsofwarrantyare
exclusiveandin lieuof allotherremedies.All expresswarrantiesnotstated
inthiswarrantyaredisclaimed.Somestatesdonotallowlimitationson how
longan impliedwarrantylasts,so theabovelimitationsmaynotapplyif itis
inconsistentwiththecontrollingstatelaw.
