Clean and oil the chain as the following:

1. Washthechainwithwater.

2. Drythechain,andthenoilthe linkswithChainlubeorequivalent.

Failingtoinspectthedrivechainslackbeforeeachuseof theATVcould

behazardous.

Toomuchchainslackcouldcausethe chainto comeoff thesprockets,

resultinginanaccidentorseriousdamageto theATV.

Inspectthedrivechainslackbeforeeachuse.

Adjusting the Drive Chain

20-30 mm

(0.8-1.2 inches)

Thedrivechainshouldbeadjustedandmakesurethereis20-30 mm

(0.8-1.2 inches)ofslack,asshownabove.

Adjustnuts

Youcanadjustthedrivechainas

thefollowinq:

1. Loosenbolts"A".

2. Adjust slackin thedrivechain

bylooseningor tighteningthe

adjustnutsequally.

3. Whenproperadjustmentis

obtained,tightenbolts"A".
