intothebattery.
Preparinqthe battery:
Placebatteryonlevelsurface.Removesealingtape
from top.(seefigure 20)
Taketheelectrolytecontaineroutof the plasticbag.
Placeelectrolytecontainerupsidedownwiththe
sealedsilvermouthsof theelectrolytebottlesin line
withthesixfiller holesofthe battery.(seefigure 21)
Pushthecontainerdownstronglyenoughtobreak
thesilverseals.
Aselectrolytestartsflowing into battery,air
bubbleswillcomeupfrom themouthsoftheplastic
electrolytebottles.
Leavebottlesupsidedowninbatteryholesuntil
electrolyteiscompletelydrained.
Neverleavechildrenunattendedaroundbattery.
Ifairbubblesceaseto float to the topof the
electrolytebottles,taplightlyontop.
DONOTremovecontainerfrom batterywhileit is
draining.
Nevercutor pierceelectrolytecontainer.
Afteralltheelectrolytehasdrainedfrom thebottles
intothebattery,pullplasticelectrolytebottles
gentlyoutof the battery.
Discardemptyelectrolytebottlesina wastearea
thatisinaccessibletochildrenandanimals.

Afterfilling letbatterystandfor at least30 minutes
beforecharging.Thisallowstheelectrolyteto
penetrateplatesfor optimumperformanceand
ensureslongerbatterylife.
After30minutesthe batteryisreadyfor itsinitial
charge.Placecapstriplooselyoverthe filling holes
as shownin thepicture.(seefigure 22)
