itedsolelyto the remedyingof defectsinmaterialworkmanshipbyan authorized

dealerat itsplaceofbusinessduringcustomarybusinesshours.Thiswarranty

doesnotcoverinconvenienceor lossofuseof the vehicleortransportationofthe

vehicleto/fromthe authorizeddealer.TheDistributoris notliableto any personfor

incidental,consequentialor specialdamagesof anydescription,whetherarising

outofexpressor impliedwarrantyor anyothercontract,negligenceorothertort

orotherwise.

Noexpressemissioncontrolsystemwarrantyisgivenby the Distributorexcept

asspecificallysetforth herein.Anyemissioncontrolsystemwarrantyimpliedby

law,includinganywarrantyof merchantabilityorfitness for a particularpurposeis

limitedto theexpressemissioncontrolsystemwarrantytermsstatedinthiswar-

ranty.Theforegoing statementsofwarrantyareexclusiveandin lieuof allother

remedies.Allexpresswarrantiesnotstatedinthiswarrantyare disclaimed.Some
