inspectionintervals.
Valveclearanceshouldbe:
Intake: 0.002inch(0.05ram)
Exhaust: 0.003inch(0.0762mm)
Theenginewillmakeexcessnoiseif thegap istoo largein airvalve. If
gapistoosmallvalveoperationwill be hinderedwhichcouldresultin
valvemalfunctionandfailure. Therefore,airvalvegapmustbe checked
periodically.
