INSTRUCTIONSFORSTORAGE
Ifthevehicleisnotgoingtobeusedfor a longperiodoftime,for example,in
wintertime,somestepsshouldbetakentopreventmalfunctionofanddamageto
itscomponentswhichmightbecausedby longstorage. Beforestoringthevehicle
for a longperiod, propermaintenancehasto becarriedin casemaintenanceis
notcompletedwhenthevehicleisputbackintouseafterstorage.
1. Changeengineoil.
2. Drainofffuel from thefuel tankandcarburetor,sprayatomizedanti-rust
oilontotheinsidewallofthetankandthenclosethetank. Disposeofany
drainedfuel properlysoasnotto adverselyaffectthe environment.

Attention:
Ifthestoragewilllastfor morethanonemonth,fuel inthe carburetormustbe
fully drained.Thiswillhelpensurethatthecarburetormaintainsitsnormal
performanceafterthestorage.

Gasolineisflammable andmaycausefire andevenanexplosionunder
certainconditions.Therefore,donotsmoke,makea fire orhaveanyfire
aroundwhiledrainingofffuel.
Takeoutthesparkplug,pourabout15-20ml(.5- .68oz.)ofcleanengineoil
intothecylinder,stepdownonthekickleverrepetitivelyseveraltimessoas
tohavemachineoildistributedallovertheengineandfinally fit thespark
plugbackon.
Washthevehicleclean,wipeitdryandapplyanevencoatofwaxtothe
paintedsurfaceanda coatofanti-rustoilon thechrome-platedsurfaces.
Inflatethetiresas requiredandputthevehicleuponwoodenblockswiththe
twowheelsclearingtheground.
Putthevehiclein ashadyand coolplacefree from humidityanddirect
sunlightandcoverit properly(notwithplasticorother paintedmaterials).If
thereisa garage,storeitwithin.
