Theliabilityof the DistributorunderthisEmissionControlSystemWarranty
islimitedsolelytotheremedyingofdefectsinmaterialworkmanshipby an
authorizeddealerat its placeof businessduringcustomarybusinesshours.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverinconvenienceor lossof useof thevehicleor
transportationofthevehicleto/fromtheauthorizeddealer.TheDistributoris
notliableto any personfor incidental,consequentialorspecialdamagesof
anydescription,whetherarisingoutofexpressor impliedwarrantyor any
othercontract,negligenceorothertortorotherwise.
Noexpressemissioncontrolsystemwarrantyisgivenbythe Distributor
exceptasspecificallysetforth herein.Anyemissioncontrolsystemwar-
rantyimpliedby law,includinganywarrantyof merchantabilityor fitness for a
particularpurposeislimitedto theexpressemissioncontrolsystemwar-
rantytermsstatedin thiswarranty.Theforegoing statementsof warrantyare
exclusiveandin lieuofallotherremedies.All expresswarrantiesnotstated
inthiswarrantyaredisclaimed.Somestatesdo notallowlimitationson how
longanimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationsmaynotapplyifitis
inconsistentwiththe controllingstatelaw.
