ADJUSTINGTHE THROTTLECABLE
Makesure the throttlecableis adjustedproperly.Toadjustthrottlecable, rotate
adjustmentnutlocatedatthe handthrottle.
Checkifthethrottletwistgriphasthe requiredfreeoperatingmovement.
Therequiredfree operatingmovement:2-6ram(.078-.24in.). If thegripcannotbe
movedfreely, turntheadjustingnutto ensureproperoperatingmovement.
Afteradjustment,starttheengineandcheckfor the operatingmovementagain.
Repeattheadjustmentifnecessaryuntilthedesiredoperatingmovementis
obtained.

ADJUSTINGTHE CARBURETOR
Adjustinqproceduresof idlinqspeed:
1. Supportthe vehicleby a stand.
2. Adjusttheidlespeedbythe throttlestopscrewto 1400+200RPM
-150.
_CAUTION
Donottrytocorrecta malfunctioningcarburetorbyadjustingtheidling
speed. Ifthecarburetorisnotfunctioning properly,it shouldberepaired
byaservicecenter.
Adjustidlingspeedonlywhentheengineiswarmedupor 10minutesafter
operation.
