2. STATEMENT OF CONFORMITY
All Bailey Caravans have been
cered by the Naonal Caravan
Council for compliance with UK
and European Standards and Leg-
islaon along with industry Codes
of Pracce relang to health and
safety issues. The approval process
covers the tesng and inspecon of crical areas of
the product from re safety, weights and dimensions,
to gas, electrics and venlaon. Every Bailey Caravan
carries the “NCC Approved Caravan” badge. The NCC
conducts unannounced inspecons at their mem-
bers’ factories to ensure connued compliance.
NCC Approval gives you peace of mind that your Car-
avan is legal and safe.
Your Bailey Caravan is European Whole Vehicle Type
Approved.
This assures you that your Caravan meets all Europe-
an regulaons and has been constructed to conform
to these rigorous standards for both manufacturing
and product safety. This allows you to register your
vehicle in another European country. Your cercate
of conformity is in the document pack provided with
your vehicle.
3. WARRANTY
If you have a problem, or enquiry relating to your
caravan please follow these steps:

It is with the retailer that the purchaser’s Contract
of Sale exists and consequently Bailey Caravans
cannot enter into any discussions with the purchas-
e r.
All Bailey products are classied as “portable”. All
work under warranty required that the caravan be
delivered to and collected from the Bailey retailer.
Whilst every effort is made within this hand-
book to accurately reect and describe our
home market caravans (those purchased and
stored on the mainland) our policy of con-
tinued improvements and change in market and
supply conditions mean that we reserve the right
to alter specication without further notice. Some
materials used in the production of our motorhomes
can result in variations to the gures quoted in re-
spect of measurements and weights.
