4.4.1 Backup Current Configuration
1. Click “Get Backup Files”.
2. In the pop-up download dialog box, select the file path to save the current
configuration file to the local computer.
4.4.2 Backup Log Files
1. Click “Get Log Files”.
2. In the pop-up download dialog box, select the file path to save the log files to the
local computer.
4.4.3 Backup Crash Logs
1. Click “Get Crash Logs”.
2. In the pop-up download dialog box, select the file path to save the crash log files to
the local computer.
