The company SNA Europe SAS, a French ‘société par actions simplifiées’ registered in France (Pontoise) under the registration number 509 621 736 and whose registered office is located at Allée Rosa Luxembourg –
95610ERAGNY SUR OISE (the ‘Organising Company’), is organising a ‘Golden Ticket’ operation (the Operation) from 1st of April 2017 to 31st December 2017. This Operation is available to any adult (over 18 years old) residing
in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxemburg, Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and
the UK. The Operation will be valid for all tickets found inside a Bahco product package linked to the campaign called ‘Storage deals’ from 1st of April 2017 to 31st of December 2017. For the whole Operation, 10 Golden
tickets will be offered as Prizes: Each Golden ticket offers the possibility for two people to attend the one-day event, ‘Be a pilot’, which will consist of a day at a race track in Madrid, Spain (place to be confirmed to the
participants) to drive a sports car (models of cars to be confirmed to the participants). The event will take place in April 2018 (date to be confirmed to the participants). The winner and his/her companion will need to
contact the Organising Company at the email address: [e-mail] to confirm their participation when the Golden Ticket is found, by 15th of January 2018 at the latest. The participants must be over 18-years old,
have a valid driving licence and a medical certificate less than six months old 'authorising the holder to take part in car racing events' which will need to be provided to SNA Europe before the prize is confirmed. SNA Europe
may reject the winner of a Prize, if the conditions are not met. All necessary equipment will be provided by the event organiser and only sports shoes will have to be brought by the participants. The commercial value of the
event is approximately €2,000. The Prizes cannot in any way be exchanged against their value in cash, or against any other kind of reward. The prize also includes a round-trip from the participants' country of residence,
ground transportation during the event, accommodation for the nights before and after the event, breakfast, lunch and dinner during the race day. Terms and conditions of this Operation can be found at www.bahco.com.
