5. Use four (4) 18-18 X 3-1/2 supplied mounting screws and a washer on each to attach the index, cover plate, and ORION
integral endpoint to the gas meter.

6. Tighten all screws evenly with a large screwdriver to approximately 70 inch-lbs.
