Hardware Solutions for Gas Utilities Manual

MOUNTING AN ORION REMOTE ENDPOINT TO A FLAT SURFACE
To mount a endpoint to a flat surface, such as a wall or post, four (4) screws (size #8 x 1") are provided.
Mounting holes are provided at each corner of a remote endpoint.
1. Place a screw in each hole.
2. In one lower corner of the remote endpoint place a screw and the strain relief.
3. Screw the endpoint into a wall or post.
The holes are 0.19 inches in diameter. This allows a variety of other mounting hardware to be used.
Remote Installation Bracket
The following instructions are provided to properly install an ORION endpoint on an integrated vertical meter surface
intended for AMR devices, such as the Honeywell/Mercury TCI with AMR Adapter and the Dresser D800 with AMR Bracket.
These devices allow the AMR endpoint mounted in close proximity to the pulsed output terminals and have the wiring and
connections concealed.
