Select Route
When there is more than one route loaded, the Select Route
option displays on the Read Menu.
From the customer account read screen, tap Menu to open
the Read Menu screen. Then tap Select Route.
Tap to select a route and then tap Select to go to the first
account in the selected route.
To mark the entire route complete, tap the Mark As
Complete button.
Tap Close to return to the Read Menu. Tap Close again to
return to the account read screen.

Manual Read
Manual Read allows entering a meter reading for the
account which was viewed prior to choosing the Read
Menu option.
1. From the customer account read screen, tap Menu
to open the Read Menu.
2. Tap Manual Read.
Result: The Manual Entry screen opens for the account.
OTE:N A manual read can also be entered
directly in the reading field on the account
read screen.
3. Use the keypad to enter the manual read value in
the Reading eld.
The read should be entered in billing units. Refer to
the appropriate reading data management system
user manual for details.
4. Tap OK to store the reading – or – tap Cancel to
return to the Read Menu.

Result: The next account in the sequence automatically displays.
OTE:N To clear and re-enter a reading, select Erase Read from the Read Menu and follow the on-screen prompts.
Enter the new read in the reading field, the account read screen or use the manual read function from the
Read Menu.
