10 Troubleshooting
1. MID starts up slowly for the first time
After the MID system is upgraded, the pre-installed application software needs
to be installed for the first time. The time is about 2-3 minutes, and the chance of
opening is relatively fast.
2. MID can't connect to WIFI
Ensure that the wireless routing that provides network services works
properly.
Make sure the distance between the MID and the wireless route is constant
and there are no walls or other obstacles between them.
Make sure the username and password are correct.
3. MID feels hot
It can get hot when using multiple applications at once, or when the screen is
turned on to the brightest and charging. This is normal.
4. Unable to set up email or register app
Make sure your network connection is normal and you can connect to the
Internet.
Make sure the email setup method is correct.
Make sure your system time is consistent with local time.
5. System exceptions are not working properly
When you install some third-party applications, it may cause the system to not function
properly. You can reset the system by pressing the reset button (next to the power connector).
6. Unable to open webpage
Please keep the distance between the route and the MID within the
effective distance.
Please restart WIFI and try again
7. MID sometimes runs slower
