Post Installation FAQs Shingles Aren’t Laying Flat This is a normal condition. Please allow a minimum of (2) full weeks of temperatures above 60º F for shingles to seal. Subfloor Sheathing Small gaps between subfloor sheathing sheets are a normal aspect of construction. You may caulk gaps to fill and seal them if you wish. Floors may also be painted for additional protection and appearance. Consult with a professional paint and caulk supplier for recommendations.
