Phase Notes
• Assemble with hardware as shown.
Parts needed:
• (1) G1 - SWING BEAM MOUNT - W101495
• (2) L3 - WALL RAIL - W101489
• (1) M6 - FLOOR RAIL - W101447
• (1) M8 - WALL RAIL - W101454
• (1) K3 - ARCHED WALL BOARD - W101456
• (2) K2 - BASE BOARD - W101452
• (1) M14 - WALL RAIL - W102372
Hardware needed:
• (4) BG - T-NUT 5/16 - H100074
• (4) QD - BOLT WH 5/16x4-1/4 - H100166
• (26) Z - LAG SCREW WH 5/16x2 - H100027
• (30) AC - WASHER LOCK EXT 8X19 - H100030
Step 1:
Attach 'G1' Swing Beam
Mount to 'E2' Tower Legs using
Bolts 'QD', Washer 'AC' and
previously installed T-Nuts 'BG',
as shown.

Note: It is vital that the fort
be level before and after
each phase of assembly.

To prevent board splitting, you
must pre-drill each board with
a 1/8" drill bit, before attaching.

and Washers 'AC',
as shown.

'M6' Floor Rail to
'E2' Tower Legs
using Lag Screws
'Z' and Washers
'AC', as shown.
Step 4: Attach 'K2' Floor Board
to 'E2' Tower Legs using Lag
Screws 'Z' and Washers 'AC', as
shown.
Step 5:
Attach 'K2' Floor Board
to 'E3' Tower Legs using Lag
Screws 'Z' and Washers 'AC', as
shown.
Step 6:
Attach
'M8' Wall Rails to
'E3' Tower Legs
using Lag Screws
'Z' and Washers
'AC', as shown.
Step 7: Attach
'K3' Arched Wall
Board to 'E3'
Tower Legs using
Lag Screws 'Z'
and Washers 'AC',

Step 9:
Attach 'L3' Wall Rail to 'E3'
Tower Legs using Lag Screws 'Z'
and Washers 'AC', as shown.

T-Nuts 'BG' should be installed
