SAFETY INFORMATION DANGER EXPLOSION—FIRE HAZARD • Keep solid combustibles, such as building materials, paper, or cardboard a safe distance away from the heater as recommended by the instructions. • Provide adequate clearances around air openings into the combustion chamber. • Never use the heater in spaces which do or may contain volatile or airborne combustibles, or products such as gasoline, solvents, paint thinner, dust particles, or unknown chemicals.

ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of this appliance, make sure all parts are present. Compare all parts with package contents list and hardware contents as listed on page 3 of this manual. If any part is missing or damaged, Do not attempt to assemble this product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.

ASSEMBLY 3 Attach the Post Support Plate F/Lower Post E to the Tank Housing Assembly G/H. Align the holes in the Post Support Plate with the holes in the top of the Tank Housing Assembly and E/F L insert a total of 12 Bolts L into the holes and gently tighten. Once all bolts have been inserted, firmly tighten with a wrench.

ASSEMBLY 6 Attach Head Assembly and Upper Post Assembly B to the Lower B Post E by aligning the 4 small holes located at the bottom of the Upper Post with the 4 small holes located at the top of the Lower N Post. Place Lock Washers N on each of the 4 Bolts N and insert into holes. Tighten with a wrench. Hardware Used: 7 N Bolt (M6x12) x 4 N Lock Washer (M6) x 4 6 Assemble Reflector Panels and Center Cap A.

ASSEMBLY 9 This heater comes equipped with LED lights pre-installed in the base and Post Support Plate. These LED lights do not require any special connections. NOTE: Before attaching the LED connectors to the LED Control Box, insert 8 - AA batteries. Batteries are NOT INCLUDED. To access the battery compartment on the Control Box, unscrew the small screw and slide the top of the LED Control Box up to remove it.

ASSEMBLY 10 Connect the hose and regulator to the LP cylinder. The LP cylinder is sold separately. Use a standard 20 lb. propane cylinder only. Screw Regulator D onto Gas Hose C. Do not cross thread. Hand tighten securely. Attach Regulator to valve on LP cylinder and hand tighten securely. Place LP tank onto base of heater and close Tank Housing Door I. NOTE: Use this heater only with a propane vapor withdrawal supply system.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS LEAK TEST WARNING 1. Make 2-3 oz. of leak test solution (one part liquid dishwashing detergent and three parts water). 2. Apply several drops of solution where hose attaches to regulator. 3. Apply several drops of solution where regulator connects to cylinder. 4. Make sure all patio heater valves are OFF. • • • • Perform all leak tests outdoors. Extinguish all open flames. NEVER leak test when smoking.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS LIGHTING: NOTE: For initial start or after any cylinder change, hold the control knob in for 2 minutes to purge air from all gas lines before proceeding. NOTE: This heater has an Electronic Ignition and requires 1 AAA battery (BATTERY IS NOT INCLUDED). Install the battery by unscrewing the RED IGNITER BUTTON. 1. Turn the control knob to the “OFF” position. 2. Fully open the LP cylinder valve. 3. Turn the control knob counterclockwise to small flame symbol (MIN). 4.
