Bistro Set is guaranteed for a period of one year against any manufacturing defect that affects its suitability for use.
This applies to a normal condition of use and maintenance. This guarantee does not apply to faults or imperfections resulting
from the passage of time or normal wear and tear.
The word “defects” is dened as imperfection that impairs the use of the products. Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or
customer negligence will void this warranty.

This Warranty does not cover commercial use, hardware, act of nature, freezing and abusive use. Circumstances not covered by
this guarantee include, but are not limited to, the fading or change in shade of colors, change in wood texture, scratches
resulting from use, etc. If the product is defective within the term of this warranty, South America Furniture, LLC will repair
defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Wood is a natural product and requires special care when exposed to the weather. See some important information and tips:
· Contractions and expansions can occur due to the effects of the sun and rain.
· Alterations in the finish and texture, including splits, are not a defect but characteristic of a natural product.
· Screw may loosen with use and should be checked and re-tightened.
· If exposed to the weather (sun, rain, wind, etc) the furniture will need periodic maintenance.
· keeping it always beautiful and resistant, is rather easy. Just follow these tips:To enjoy your furniture for much longer,
· Wash your furniture with water, with or without the aid of mild soap.
· Once it is completely dry, evaluate the surface. If necessary, lightly sand the wood with a fine sandpaper.
· Apply linseed or teak oil.
· Clean surface with a foam pad (optional).
· This is recommended after the first six months of use. After this first application, repeat the process annually.
· If left untreated the furniture will weather to a silvery gray finish over time.
· Rain can cause the transfer of pigmentation from the wood for the floor in the first days of use. These spots will disappear
naturally after a few days or just washing the floor.
· Storage During Winter: When storing this product, do not put in rooms that are centrally heated, as this will cause the wood to
dry out and possibly shrink and crack.
