It is due to this difference of operation that the two actions, OCR and Vectorization,
cannot be combined and is why the OCR mode is accessed using a tool where the user
tells the program what and where the text is.
The result of the vectorization depends entirely on the quality of the original raster le.
If the le is of a poor quality, the resulting vectorization will likewise be poor.
