Accessed to outlying devices with the device

error occurs only when BMOV, FMOV, and
DFMOV instructions are executed.

module, CPU module, main base unit, extension
base unit or extension cable.
When using the redundant base unit, the redun-
dant power supply module failure in both
systems and/or the redundant base unit failure
are detected.

Reset the CPU module and RUN it again. If the
same error is detected again, it is considered
that the power supply module, CPU module,
main base unit, extension base unit or extension
cable is faulty. Replace the defective component.
