This explains the procedure for switching the safety CPU operation mode by
operating the GX Developer "safety CPU operation mode switching".
(a) TEST MODE to SAFETY MODE switching
Diagram 6.5 shows the procedure for TEST MODE to SAFETY MODE switching
using GX Developer.

Start
Set the CPU module to STOP.
Set the CPU module RUN/STOP/RESET
switch to the STOP position.
Display safety CPU operation mode screen
The safety CPU operation mode screen is displayed
with the following operations.
