Air Exchangers are simple, balanced ventilation systems that
can be used for small homes less than 1,500 square feet, finished
basements, home offices or bedroom suites. Air Exchan
gers work by
bringing in
outside air, mixing it with inside air and delivering a
mixture of fresh outside air and re-circulated inside air to the home.
At the same time indoor stale air is exhausted from the home. There
is no heat recovery core — the incoming air is tempered as a result of
being tumbled with the inside air and delivered to the living spaces.
