6. Disconnect sampling hoses from fittings marked in Fig. 5-5 and clean
these fittings with a pipe cleaner soaked in a mild detergent. Remove
detergent with another pipe cleaner soaked in water, and then dry the
fittings with a dry pipe cleaner.
7. If sampling hoses look dirty, remove hoses from analyzer and swirl
them around in a detergent and water solution. Thoroughly rinse and
dry the hoses, and then reinstall them inside the analyzer.
8. After cleaning the analyzer’s sampling system reinstall the filter/trap,
thermocouple plug, oxygen sensor, carbon monoxide sensor (jumper
removed), sensor bracket (if removed), and sensor cover onto the
control panel. Finally, reinstall the control panel (Refer to Sections 2.3,
2.4, 4.1, 5.1, and 5.2.)
