In the field, the Gas Hunter does the job of seven individual instruments to optimize technician efficiency in leak survey operations and customer service calls. It is able to sniff out combustible gases from part per million levels to 100% volume through auto-ranging. Sensitive and compact, it requires minimal operator training.
Seven Instruments in One Small, Rugged Package Leak Search The PPM range of the Gas Sampling mode offers visual, segmented bar-graph, and audible detection of natural gas leaks from 50 ppm to 2,500 ppm. The Hunter serves as an excellent tool for tracking down small leaks; replacing messy soap bubble solutions and broadband MOS type instruments.
