Setup Menu Function
Provides a list from which to select an inactivity (key
press) timeout for automatic shutdown. If no key
presses occur for the time specified, the Fyrite

INSIGHT

Plus initiates an automatic shutdown.
Use the UP () and DOWN () arrow buttons to scroll
through Inactivity Timeout options (never [default], 20,
30, or 60 minutes). Use the ENTER key to enable the
selected timeout.
IMPORTANT: The instrument overrides
the inactivity timeout
, cancels the
automatic shutdown
(that is, the
instrument remains ON), and restarts the
timeout countdown if:
• any key is pressed,
• CO is greater than 50 ppm, or
• O
2
is less than 18.8 %.
Provides a list from which the user may chose a
minimum purge duration time (minimum length of
time that the pump continues to run) after shutdown is
initiated. Use a longer Post-Purge Period if the Fyrite

INSIGHT

Plus has been exposed to large amounts of
CO gas. “PURGING SENSORS” is displayed on the
shutdown screen if a Post-Purge Period is enabled.
Use the UP () and DOWN () arrow buttons to scroll
through Post-purge
Period options. Use ENTER to
enable the selected Post-Purge Period.
