Straightener/Crimper
From the latest technology, the new
straightener/crimper i pro 230 by
BaByliss is ideal for creating all of the
trendiest styles with ease. Its uni-
que multi-plate prole allows you to
choose between a classic straightener
or a crimper.
The i pro 230 has professional Ti-
tanium Ceramic plates that soften,
shine and protect your hair. The plates
are perfectly adapted to hair dyes and
styling products.
The i Temperature Technology ensu-
res perfect straightening in just one
stroke, while respecting your hair.

USE
The i pro 230 has a plate selec-
tor. Hold the unit with the LED
screen facing you. If you press
the selector completely to the
right, you will release the straigh-
tening plates. Pressing the selector
completely to the left releases the
crimping plates. Finally keeping the
selector in the middle will close the 2
pairs for storage after using the unit.
To straighten your hair
• Prepare your hair for straigh-
tening: wash your hair and untangle
using a big tooth comb and then dry
using a hairdryer.
• Divide your hair into sections. Pin the
upper sections with clips to work
with the hair underneath.
• Plug the BaByliss i pro 230
straightener in and press the ON/
OFF button.
The rst time you use the unit, you
might notice a little smoke and a
particular odour: this is common and
will disappear the next time you use
the unit.
• A green LED will light up, an indicator
light for the lowest temperature.
• Select the desired temperature
using the temperature selectors.
A lower temperature is generally
recommended for ne, bleached
and/or damaged hair, and a higher
temperature for curly, thick and/or
dicult to style hair. Since every hair
type is unique, we recommend you
use position 1 (green LED) the rst
time you use it. Progressively increase
the temperature, if necessary, during
the following uses. Use the table
below as a guide:
