Service Returns:
To return goods for repair, a SOI Dealer or End-User may call for a Return Material Authorization
Number (RMA) to our Service Department at +1 818-766-3715 or +1 631-761-5000, or e-mail to
service@schneideroptics.com. A brief description of your problem, and your product (including model,
serial number, and date of purchase), will be requested upon your RMA inquiry.
Limited Warranty:
SOI warrants its products, purchased from authorized U.S. dealers, to be free from defect in
workmanship and materials for the period listed below by product class. If the products are determined
by SOI to be defective or fail to meet minimum published specifications, they will be repaired or
replaced free of charge at SOI’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, SOI will not be
held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential cost or damage. Should there be
a warranty claim, you or your dealer will be required to produce proof of purchase with the returned
merchandise. Therefore, it is recommended that the buyer keep their receipt. Products returned for
repair and not covered by warranty will be charged at SOI’s standard repair rates.
