PROGram:STEP:ONTime
Description:
Configures/Queries the step timing (the length of
period to hold the settings) of the selected sequence.
Unit is in seconds.
Syntax:
PROGram:STEP:ONTime<SP><seconds>
PROGram:STEP:ONTime?
<seconds> - 0.010 – 2000 (max.)
Example:
PROG:STEP:ONT 0.050
Set the selected step time to 0.050 seconds (50 ms).
Query:
PROG:STEP:ONT?
Return String:
0.050
Format:
<seconds>
PROGram:STEP:VOLTage
Description:
Configures/Queries the voltage setting for the
selected step (use PROGram:STEP command to
select step). For dual channel models, this will be for
channel 1.
Syntax:
PROGram:STEP:VOLTage<SP><voltage>
PROGram:STEP:VOLTage?
<voltage> - 0 – max. rated voltage.
Example:
PROG:STEP:VOLT 1.234
Set 1.234 V as voltage setting for the selected step in
the program sequence.
Query:
PROG:STEP:VOLT?
Return String:
1.234
Format:
<NRf>
PROGram:STEP:VOLT2
Note:
For dual channel models only.
Description:
Configures/Queries the voltage setting for the
selected step (use PROGram:STEP command to
select step) for channel 2.
Syntax:
PROGram:STEP:VOLT2<SP><voltage>
PROGram:STEP:VOLT2?
<voltage> - 0 – max. rated voltage.
Example:
PROG:STEP:VOLT2 1.234
Set 1.234 V as voltage setting for the selected step in
the program sequence.
Query:
PROG:STEP:VOLT2?
Return String:
1.234
