Configures/Queries the VSET voltage setting. For
dual channel models, use VOLT2 command for
channel 2.

<voltage> - 0 – max. rated voltage output
Example:
VOLT2 12.000
Sets the second channel VSET voltage to 12.000 V
on a dual channel model.

Queries the measured/readback voltage output value.
